In my line of work, you can really see the professionalism of an agent by how they prepare behind the scenes and in discussing their marketing strategy for each listing. I sold my house through Maricel and bought my current place through her as well. Throughout the entire process, she wasn’t pushy and was patient with us even though we had lots of questions and it was our first time selling our home. She kept us in the loop with the follow ups with the buyers realtors whenever there was a showing and advices us the next steps. She pulled in her staging person to advice us on how to arrange our furniture so that we can present our house at its best.
