We are thrilled with the exceptional service from the team at Pete the Plumber. They replaced all the Poly-B piping in our home, and they were incredibly professional and friendly. Stu and Mason were amazing, and thanks to their expertise in Poly-B replacement, the damage to the ceiling and drywall was much less than we expected. The clean-up was also excellent. The final cost was exactly what they originally quoted, which was very reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the result and our overall experience. Thank you for your professionalism, great service, and quality work. Highly recommend!
We hired Pete the Plumber to replace all the poly b in our house and to install a new hot water tank. We got quotes from 3 other companies but they were all significantly more expensive by about 70%. Jimmy was very professional and polite, and took extra care to ensure the dust didn't affect our pets. He even installed 2 access panels when I was asking him about them as part of the job. It took about 1.5 days for them to do all the work in our 4 level split home. There was no mess or anything when they finished, they did a thorough cleanup before they left. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs.
This is such a great business, Pete the Plumber is #1. We had a plugged laundry drain, I called in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment. A big shout out to Kenny, he called to say he could come earlier than scheduled, he was very professional, extremely personable, talented and super efficient. I am so happy with this amazing company and their technicians. This is the 2nd time we've had them out, they also replaced our hot water tank in December 2023 and we received the exact same treatment. I will only call Pete the Plumber for any future needs. Thanks for a job well done!
Pete the Plumber has helped us a couple of times. We went in the showroom today to get help with a kitchen faucet and sink for our renovation. Cassie acknowledged us quickly when we came in and helped us right away. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped us find a solution that fit our budget perfectly. This business is out of the way for us, but worth it EVERY TIME. It’s always worth the trip to talk to them. Thanks Cassie!
Feb 19 2025 - Called Pete the Plumber over the family day long weekend, for a small leak in our basement ceiling. Not a panic so we were ok with the Tech coming on Tuesday Feb 19. JJ showed up on time (10 mins early !!!!!!!! - That's on time to me !) and was quickly able to assess the leak, offer up the solution and complete the repairs. Calling Pete the Plumber was a no-brainer based on our last project they did for us. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for your help today JJ !
