I had Dallas and Mason changing the Poly-B piping in my house. 3 day project. Very reasonable price. These duo showed up on time. Very energetic and showed professionalism at their task. Did an awesome job completing well before time. No complaints what so ever. Definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs plumbing job done. Thank you so much.
We had a toilet that wasn't flushing right. I called around to 5 plumbers to get a quote. Pete the Plumber was the only one that asked for more details about what the issue was, and the pleasant woman who answered the phone conferred with a plumber to determine best course of action before she set up the appointment. She was also able to quote the lowest call-out fee and give me a rate for a half hour. One of the others quoted an hourly rate (plus a higher call out fee), and the other three all said "that depends". The plumber arrived early, determined very quickly that it wasn't the issue they thought it was from my description, and said he'd have someone else with the right tools come back the next day. We paid the call out fee on the first day only, and the half hour fee when the plumber came and very quickly resolved our issue. Service was great from start to finish! And the price was certainly reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
Not the first time we have used Pete the Plumber and it will not be the last. Competitive pricing and superior service is the norm from the first phone call to site visit and finally installation all within a very short time line. Installer even detected a potential gas leak outside which was promptly repaired by ATCO free of charge. We upgraded to a larger tank and it had to be custom fit and it worked out perfectly, couldn't be happier. Great advice given from installer regarding usage after install, well done guys!
Michael J from Pete the Plumber helped us out during an emergency situation over the long weekend. He was extremely courteous and professional, his estimate was spot on & transparent. And most importantly he took his time and did a thorough job. Am so glad I went with PTB. And though I hope I don't require their services any time soon, I won't hesitate to call them when I do.
No one ever wants to have to call a plumber....I personally wish that everything worked just fine in my house. Pete the Plumber makes the process as pleasant as possible. They were recommended to me when my water heater started getting up to shenanigans and refusing to do the one thing that it is meant to do; heat the darn water in my house. From the first call to book an appointment to completing the install, they were a great organization to work with. They showed up when scheduled, made sure that they laid protection down on my floors, and left the work area spotless. They took the time to walk me through the controls and the recommended maintenance items. Kasey and Eric were polite, professional and very friendly. I would use them again for any plumbing repairs in my home. I highly recommend Pete to anyone that needs a plumber. PS - 100% plumbers crack free, which was also very much appreciated.
