Amazing service! I had a furnace, water tank, A/C unit, and hose bib installed. Nigel and crew were professional and personable. They were efficient and you could tell they enjoy doing a great job. They kept me informed and part of the process making sure any decisions were known to me before they were done. They were happy to share knowledge and information. I could tell they are people focused and want you to walk away without any questions and with work you would be happy to pay for again.
City inspection was quickly booked and passed. I would call them again for any work in the future.
** Apologies for not remembering the other crew members names! I believe I remember "Nathan" and I don't recall the electricians name. Everyone on this job was exceptional and deserve a kudos

Joe is AMAZING!!! If I could give 6 stars I would! It is rare to come across a plumber who checks all the boxes, but Joe truly does. He is not just efficient with excellent ability in his field, but has true integrity and honesty as well. Joe explains the issues very well and goes way above and beyond to make sure he is providing the best possible service. And he just comes across as a lovely, genuine human being. It is wonderful to see that there are still honest, talented people out there like Joe. Thank you so much Joe!!!

To start off, this is not a "negative" review. The service was just okay as a whole. But not worth 4 or 5 stars good.
FIRST VISIT
1. Plumber #1 came over and was unaware he was supposed to look at a sewage ejector sump pump pipe leak. He thought it was do to with a ground water sump. I can't really blame him for that as my experience after two visits seems to point to really bad notes being taken over the phone by the office folks. He did a great job troubleshooting and finding the leak.
2. Plumber #1 saw the tank alarm system but didn't comment on it being disconnected. Not the end of the world but would have been nice for him to have mentioned it being disconnected and offer to essentially plug it in and maybe test it or explain why he couldn't.
3. Plumber #1 temporarily fixed the leak by tightening the pluming fitting at the base of the backup preventer valve. We flushed the system through a few times and it appeared to have worked.
4. I mentioned that I was concerned about my water pressure being too high at 80psi way too high so said I would follow up to get that remedied.
CALL-IN
5. I schedule an appointment to get a PRV (pressure relief valve) installed as recommend by Plumber #1 and get my ejector sump pump system looked at for knocking, get it inspected, maintenance done, and instructions on how to clean since Plumber #1 didn't seem too familiar on the system (or at least he didn't leave me feeling confident that he did).
SECOND VISIT
4. Another company that works through the city shows up (who were great by the way) to turn off the water shut-off valve so that the plumber can install the PRV.
5. Plumber #2 shows up and indicated that 80psi doesn't necessarily require a PRV (especially since I could lose a fair amount of pressure on the top floor of my 3-story place). Big kudos for being honest and saving me money. That's the kind of thing that earns repeat business.
6. So we opt not to put in the PRV, even though the price was very reasonable.
7. His only notes from the back office regarding the sewage ejector sump pump were 'sump pump'. We go on to realize the leak from the first visit in still an issue and he solves it by figuring out that the same fitting from the first visit with Plumber #1 was cross-threaded. Fingers crossed that's fixed for good. He said the knocking was within normal limits and provided tips for maintenance. Big kudos for the advice but he also missed the tank alarm being disconnected. Not the end of the world, just wished he had noticed it and provided advice on its use.
SUMMARY
Prices were reasonable but it's too bad that at the end of the day, I paid double for something that should have been addressed during an initial visit. I'll consider using Pete the Plumber again but will request Plumber #2 if I do. Plumbers seem good but their back office needs a lot of work in the note taking department. I never even got any email confirmations of anything. If the next visit (should I need plumbing services again) goes well and is an improvement over this past experience, I'll adjust my review score.

We had Brett W (electrician) come out to replace our bathroom fan and he was so awesome!! He found our doorbell cover laying on the ground and fixed it for free which he didn’t need to do but it goes to show how great this company is!! He was super informative and efficient! We will be calling Pete the plumber back for other stuff we done need for sure. Thanks so much Brett!
