We had a linking kitchen zinc and was perfectly and professionally fixed by Knight Plumbing within 2 days and most importantly without overcharging us. Steve was our technician/plumber and he was super professionally, respectful and knowledgeable. He even offered to call Moen on the job for us if we had to order any parts but fortunately, we didn't have to order any parts as he came super prepared. Best plumber we have dealt with for a very, very long time. Most importantly he was like a friend coming to fix something at your house, that's how friendly and respectful he was. ***Super clean too*** We could have given him 1M Stars..I highly recommend Knight Plumbing for any Plumbing issues you may have in your home, but maybe specifically ask for Steve. Indeed super cool guy and we're sincerely happy with his job well done... Way to go Steve!
I had an issue with my hot water tank breaking down, and Dave and Catherine came to the rescue! They responded quickly, assessed the problem, and provided a clear explanation of the options. I decided to replace the tank, and they took care of everything efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and respectful. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend for any plumbing needs!
Knight Plumbing came to our rescue by providing same day service for a leaking toilet. I was able to track their arrival time with the link they provided by text which was very convenient as I was not on site. Mike came out and was able to stop the leak and helped us locate the main shut off valves for the condo unit as the toilet supply line was still allowing water to flow even after we shut it off. Mike gave us quotes for the work and to replace the toilet and the supply line. He included options if we supplied our own toilet or if Knight Plumbing provided. We decided to go with the Toto toilet he recommended. Mike and Justin provided excellent service, were friendly, clean and provided fast and quality workmanship. We are happy and would recommend Knight Plumbing. Thanks!
My kitchen sink was completely clogged. No water was moving whatsoever. We tried to snake it ourselves, but we’re unsuccessful. So I called Knight Plumbing to ask if they could send someone out asap as I was entertaining that evening. By 10am Mike and Bing were on my doorstep. They came in assessed the situation and told me exactly what needed to be done to rectify the problem. They provide a straightforward estimate and once I was satisfied, they got straight to work. They were informative, professional and incredibly respectful of our home. Once the job was completed they restored everything to its original condition and left nothing out of place. I could not have asked for more. These two men saved the day for me and did so in such incredible fashion. The only company I will use going forward is Knight Plumbing and I will definitely be asking for these two men to be dispatched for the job. I could not recommend them more highly.
