Wow just wow!!! Our toilet broke down and literally they had a spot to fill today , came right away, got us a brand new toilet 🚽 and even a free home plumbing inspection! Noah was our guy SUPER FRIENDLY! I have not had a better customer experience than with Noah! He was fast, reinspected his work explained what he was doing all while keeping up with a friendly chat with myself and hubby. Super recommended! ‼️✨💯🥰
Please think twice before using this company for a complicated main sewer line repair on your house. I called them for an estimate to repair the sewer line to my house which ran directly under my garage. The receptionist said there would be a fee of $94 and I asked if that would cover the cost of the estimate and was told yes. When the tech arrived at my house to do the estimate, he did not seem very experienced. I was told that I was going to have to tear down my garage so they could excavate and that the video inspection would be $900+ dollars. When I question that and told him that the receptionist told me the $94 would cover the estimate, he said no, the $94 was only for the travel time. The tech was able to go back and review my phone call and then agreed with me that she indeed did tell me that and that there had been a miscommunication. I told him not to bother with the video inspection of the sewer if his quote involved tearing down my completely finished garage with new roof, hardy board siding, drywalled and painted, and poly urea flooring. I paid the $94 dollars for the techs travel but this was a complete waste of time and money. We went with Mr. Rooter who completed the job on schedule and under budget. Mr. Rooter charged $50 for the estimate and video inspection. Mr. Rooter did the work Gentleman Pros could not. See the Mr. Rooter pics attached.

They were able to put us on an emergency list if an earlier appointment became available, which happened days before actual appointment. Advanced notice on when they would be showing up (not wasting the whole day wondering when), guaranteed quote(s) provided after initial inspection, and the service was done quickly and efficiently. Technician Martin K was very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in everything he did. He was very informative and thorough in his work.
