Chris was fast, efficient and explained everything. He was very friendly and polite. The work was tested thoroughly by him before he left and he ensured everything was to my satisfaction. He put up with my pets who were inspecting him and everything he had with him. 🤣 I really liked how this company charges per job, not for how long it takes to get it done. Nothing felt rushed and that made me confident in the work that was done. This was a great experience overall , thanks Chris!!!
Gage C and Theo were absolutely amazing in the process to assess and replace our water tank. From getting to the house and assessing the issue, to being extremely careful in the extraction of the old tank, and then finally in making sure everything was hooked up correctly and operating perfectly. Their professionalism and industry knowledge was wonderful, and we felt beyond comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. I will be continuing to use gentleman pros well into the future just because of these two gentlemen, and would highly HIGHLY recommend their services for anyone looking for plumbing, heating, or electricity needs. This is something we’ve contemplated for several years. Gentlemen Pros were able to come and give us a thorough explanation of how and which model of air conditioner would work in our home with a detailed estimate (with no surprises). Then were prompt on the date and time we booked. They did an excellent job, explained the process beforehand on the first visit and after install did a walk through to show their good work. They were respectful of our home and the cleanup was great. They used tarps to protect the floors where necessary. No garbage left behind. Explained how to operate our new air conditioning unit and again about the regular maintenance to give it a long life. It looks very nice where it now resides. The unit is very quiet. Richard was pleasant and informative. I am very pleased with Richard, Josh and Chris’s work. I highly recommend Gentlemen Pros for any kind of job they cover. I love their warranty and their motto. I believe I can depend on them.
I had an excellent experience with Julian, who replaced and installed 15 light fixtures in my home. His work was spotless — fast, clean, and very professional. He was upfront with reasonable pricing and there were no surprises at the end. What really stood out was how kind and friendly he was, making me feel completely at ease and in good hands. On top of that, he went the extra mile by finding and fixing some safety issues in my circuit panel, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Julian to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electrician.

I was so impressed with the team that came out to do the work on our home. They were extremely professional, technical and kind. The work they did was phenomenal and the results were perfect!
