Beware! If you have an urgent issue, they will try to take advantage of your situation. I would suggest finding a more trustworthy company - do not rely on the advice from this company. My hot water heater had an issue, we didn't have hot water in the house. Their plumber gave me an option to order a spare part to fix the tank for $600 with a delivery time of 2 weeks; so 2 weeks without hot water in a house with kids. Or buy a $6,500 water heater from them and they will install it the next day. We declined both options. We were able to get the spare part delivered and installed through a different company by the next day for all of $250. They did not try to take advantage of our situation.
We had Ritchie change our full house poly-b almost 1.5 years ago now. I just got around to leave a review. We were not in the right space when we needed the work to be done. Ritchie, his wife and his team were amazing. They worked with us, were totally understandable of our situation and their work was impeccable. I guess writing a review after this much time says a lot of their quality of work. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Rare to see honest people nowadays that really care about their customers.
Completely satisfied with the service I received from Ritchies to move water lines and install a new vanity. Arrived on time and Taylor was a terrific technician who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Always happy to deal with a company that promises long and delivers short. Will not hesitate to refer or use Ritchies again for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you for a job well done.

Recently, my wife and I needed some plumbing work done at our house. We've used other plumbers before and they were ok, but this time we decided to try Ritchie's Plumbing. I called the published contact number and Charlotte (one of the owners) answered. She was very friendly and booked an appointment for us within one day. Taylor was the plumber who came to our house. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and answered any other questions we had. I was impressed with his work and how quickly he was able to resolve our issue. We will definitely use Ritchie's Plumbing in the future and will ask for Taylor.
