Kellen and Nick (Technician) were a pleasure to deal with. Kellen set up the appointment and communicated in a timely and professional manner. Nick explained the process to solve my kitchen drain issue and was a consummate pro. He performed tasks efficiently, neatly and made sure to check that the issue was completely resolved. He was happy to answer questions and was extremely positive and upbeat during the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick to help you with your plumbing or heating issues.
When I called for a plumber, I was told between 2 - 4 pm on Monday. I took a 1/2 day holiday from work on short notice. When 2-4pm came and went I was ticked...Then Kurtis showed up. He's professional, he is able to quickly explain life experiences that comfort me, I've got a good plumber on hand. I had a drip from my washing machine taps and just redid my basement, so I was sweating the idea of someone having to cut into the drywall. Well low and behold, he needed to change out the unit and cut the drywall. His cutting is so clean, I can easily patch the wall up, but more importantly what he did for actual plumbing work is beautifully done and better quality than I had before! I'll just say his work was worth the wait and in retrospect, I may be flustered by him being late, but it's only because a tradesman never knows what they'll run into at any visit and obviously he's not walking out of any job based on time. I can only assume he treats each customer as though they (like me) want their problem resolved in one visit! Must be a long day for him as he left after 8pm. We had an issue last week where we had no heat in the morning in the house. Fearing it was a furnace failure, we were referred to this company by a family member. We called them and within a half hour Tony came to our house. He was very knowledge personable and professional. After testing everything he determined that it was in fact a failed thermostat. He made some additional recommendations about the water heater and a maintenance plan but was not pushy. He replaced the stat and was on his way in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this business and Tony specifically.
Kurtis and Joshua installed a tankless hot water system for us one day after we discovered that our old hot water tank was leaking. We can't say enough good things about them. They were thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working. We are completely satisfied with their job and would not hesitate to recommend them.Kudos, boys!
We had an urgent plumbing issue on a Saturday. Not only was this company one of the first to actually answer their 24hr number, but they immediately arranged for a technician to come the same day to help us. Nick Hibner was our technician and he was excellent. He was very thorough and worked hard to ensure all was properly repaired before he left. He went the extra mile for us and it was truly appreciated. Nice touches include text updates as to when he was on his way, and Nick even brought in a mat to place his work boots and tools on. The washroom and our home was left as clean as when he arrived. We’d definitely use this company again and would absolutely recommend them to others!
