Excellent service! Andrew and Ben arrived promptly, worked efficiently, were pleasant to deal with. Once done Andrew explained how our new hot water tank and system for our in floor radiant heat worked. They were careful to protect our floor and furnishings as they went in and out of the house with equipment. We're really satisfied with their work and would gladly use them again.
Plumbing and Heating Paramedics installed two toilets today. From the time of quote to when Ben completed the install, they were very professional, respectful, and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with Plumbing and Heating Paramedics overall. From Saffron who answered my call and set up the appointment and was so pleasant and professional, to Andrew and Ben who arrived and handled everything with skill and professionalism. This will be the only place we will call for our plumbing needs from now on. Andrew and Ben addressed the issue I had called for and also discovered a leak I wasn't aware of on my hot water tank. They showed me a variety of options to cover my needs and I felt no unnecessary pressure to choose to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with. That had been an issue with previous plumbers we have used, lots of unappreciated high pressure sales tactics along with poor quality workmanship. None of that happened with Andrew and Ben. They did fantastic work, fixed everything completely and I feel went above and beyond, and left everything immaculate upon leaving. They were both very pleasant and highly knowledgeable and explained everything so well. Thank you, much appreciated!
Was provided prompt and informative response to my inquiry, scheduled a consult quickly followed by a fantastic install! Had a slight glitch with work previously performed by another company, so they had to come back after it was rectified - which again their communication and service were smooth and painless. I felt valued as a customer. From the service coordinator, consultant and installers, all the way to conversations with the owner, my experience was fantastic and I look forward to future servicing of my ac unit and furnace, would highly recommend!
