It's been three years since our landscaping job by Kay2. I have had nothing but problems since the job was completed. There were a few problems that Kay2 came to rectify(rusty nails in the gates and missing landscape fabric. However there has been issues that I have had to fix over the past 2+ years. The stairs were poorly built using non galvanized nails and bolts, forcing me to rebuild a proper set of stairs last summer. This summer, I am in the process of resetting the sidewalk blocks because they have sunk and shifted. After pulling them up, I discovered that they were set directly on the landscape fabric with no gravel or sand to secure them. I would not recommend Kay2 for any landscape jobs unless you are willing to watch them through the whole process.
