Matthew and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I wasn’t expecting certain areas to be salvageable but everything came out! Super responsive and knowledgeable, and were looking for ways to save me money when they arrived, not get more out of me. Definitely recommend!
Matthew did an incredible job. Before he arrived, I didn't think the carpet would be salvageable, but he made them look brand new. The place looks and smells fantastic. I highly recommend MB Steam Clean because not only is the service outstanding, but also very kindand responsive.
Scott was on time, as quoted, and well priced however the vacuum was not applied in a systematic manner that ensured every part of the floor was vacuumed. As a result, we have “clean lines” on our white carpet and it is obvious where it wasn’t vacuumed. This wasn’t visible until the carpet dried. Update: Matthew returned and redid almost my whole house with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail at no cost. Carpets have dried, look white again, and feel and look much cleaner. The original price was very competitive, so this was an unexpected surprise. I would recommend Matthew’s work to friends and family. Thanks for conducting your business with such integrity!
Matt is a super nice guy, very friendly and he did a phenomenal job on our carpets. He helped us out of a bind, coming to our newly bought house with less than a days notice. He made extra time for us on a Sunday because we were in a time crunch to get our carpets cleaned before moving in (we have a 10 month old who crawls everywhere...).
