I’m usually tough to impress, but Lotus blew me away! - They arrived right on time. - A minor booking mix-up (probably my fault) was handled smoothly, and we quickly settled on a fair rate. - Kyle Bieber and his companion were super professional, respectful, - They used corner protectors to avoid any scratches as well floor covers. - My carpets have never looked cleaner—even after several previous cleanings. - They promised the carpets would dry in 6-8 hours, and they were right on the mark. Just a few open windows, and they were good to go. I’m beyond impressed—Lotus is now my go-to for carpet cleaning!
