I couldn't be happier with the work done by this company on my new side rail and deck. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional. They took the time to understand my vision and executed it flawlessly. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The materials used are of the highest quality, ensuring that my deck will last for years to come. Sadly have to give at least one star. I'm gonna be honest, these guys must've created fake accounts to get the great reviews. Showed up at 3pm to do a half day job, poor install and poor communication skills. Didn't block any thing, said this was normal??!! scratched a glass panel (only had 3 small clear ones to install so 33% is rubbish) Nice... Difficult to communicate with as their answer is to argue that they did it right and measured it correctly. I'll be frank, these guys F'd the measurements up and missed the joists, so they just argue that it's the same as the other rail it replaced when the holes are still there that prove otherwise. Unbelievable really, glass is not straight, connections miss aligned. Level pic shows the top to bottom lean. I haven't even bothered to add the pics where the supports were mis measured and one glass panel isn't even supported in one corner. I expect this one will eventually fall out if not repaired by a qualified rail installer. Zero attention to the little details and clearly no pride in workmanship. I can go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the only one in Alberta.
I am highly satisfied with the fantastic job that Universal Deck & Rail did on our deck! The vinyl application Simon performed was flawless, and our deck looks brand new. The team was professional, efficient, and they paid great attention to detail. I'm so impressed with the quality of their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch deck services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We wanted to replace our wood railing with glass to open the view. But based on its structure, we needed to retain the large corner posts. Max and team customized our mid posts and matched colour to our corner posts. They were careful not to damage the hardwood decking while adding posts and glass. The quality result is evident. Thank you Max!
Great communication and solid railing. Installed 4 weeks early. These guys are amazing and I would highly recommend for any deck railings.
