We have 12 windows installed by Royal View Windows last week. Alex gave a very reasonable quote, answered all our questions patiently and was always prompt to return our calls. The crew took 2 days to finish installation as promised. They are very professional and did a perfect clean up job. We are very happy with the work and would recommend Royal View Windows without hesitation.
We had our windows replaced by Royal View Windows earlier this month. They stuck to the quoted price (which was competitive and reasonable) and time frame (it took 10 weeks to have them manufactured and delivered). The crew worked hard to complete the installation of all 9 windows in one extended day and we were very pleased with the job they did. We could hardly see out of our kitchen window before due to condensation build-up (see 1st picture) and now have a beautifully clear view out of our condensation free window (see 2nd picture). We love the new look and functionality!
I would encourage anyone wanting to replace even one window to consider Alex and his team at Royal View Windows and Exteriors! We ended up doing some extensive renos throughout the house this summer and fall and thought we might as well consider windows. We had a few different vendors come though the house and provide quotes. We chose Alex based on my wife's coworker's recommendation. I always take those with a grain of salt but other things impressed me; Alex is soft spoken and very professional and the only vendor that didn't talk down his competition. He also discouraged me from needlessly spending money I didn't need to by making very sensible recommendations. The work is superb, his crew is very polite and consideration and they left the place clean each day and no debris left anywhere! Like I said, even if it is one window call Royal View Windows!
Alex and his partner were fantastic! They were professional, courteous, answered any questions we had and got the job done in a timely manner. They did extra finishing work as well. I highly recommend RVW. I had five companies quote for 12 windows. Alex provided me the best quote. The windows have good energy ratings according to the specification sheets. I saw the reviews from the google reviewers were all good. So I decided to go with RVW. It took some weeks to have the windows manufactured and delivered. The crew worked hard and fast, and completed the job just one and a half days. The windows are beautiful, and the workmanship are very good. The house is much more quiet and warmer now. Good job, keep up!
