I came to Chinook Glass for my casement window replacement. Jeff in the customer service department provided exceptional service when I needed replacement parts. He carefully reviewed the casement operator, photos, and measurements I provided, ensuring he found the perfect fit. Not only did he supply the parts for me, but he also demonstrated how to install them. Their knowledge and dedication make Chinook Glass my first choice for future shower stall or glass repairs.
Replaced patio door glass with Chinook glass. But noticed that the outer seal of the glass to the door wasnt flush so I brought this up with the second installer who came out to fix the frame which was unfinished from the first install. I pointed out that the seal didnt look flush compared to the original seal from PlyGem (on the other door which didnt have a leak) and he assured me that it was a better seal. As soon as it started raining, water was once again coming in through the glass.
Shower door installed and works well. Thank you! ************* After posting the below review, the administration got back to us over the thanksgiving weekend and got the glass door installed today. We need to test it out after 48 hours for leaks(ill add the outcome in 2 days). But overall the technicians were on time, cleaned up the place after install and did a good job. Giving it a 4 star just because of the communication issues early on. Thank you! ********* Initial Review*********** I am posting this review to get some attention from the business. We have paid deposit for a shower door replacement and measurements were taken few weeks back. But since then, there has been no correspondence by the company. We have tried emailing but no response. Please get back to us and get the door fixed soon.
- July 2024 : measurement : everything worked like a charm - August : 1st installer delivered the wrong sized casement window - late August : 2nd installer delivered the right sized casement window, cannot reach the window as does not have a ladder -early September : 3rd installer was not dispatched -mid September wish me luck with 4th installer and then you get pleasant 'memories'' like scratched walls as the installers climbed on, and Alberta Painters quoted me $100 to fix. ... at least, Jeremy's customer service was amazing wish me good luck :)
I had an excellent experience with this company! Their customer service was top-notch, responding to my inquiry quickly and professionally. Thanks to their helpful guidance, I was able to fix my shower door in just under an hour. I truly appreciate their efficiency and expertise.
