I've been going to Done Right (and nobody else) for over 30 years. They are the most honest and honorable business people you could ever meet. Prices are amazing and the quality of work just exceptional. Many times, Elaine and Ross have just said it's not worth fixing and just replace instead. That's the kind of truth I value. Great to know they have a new location and will continue to look after my skates etc for the foreseeable future!

Best sports equipment repair/service shop in the city, let alone the province in my opinion. Longtime customer, who’s had multiple fixes/customizations done on my goalie and dirtbike equipment. I’m pretty particular about how my equipment fits and they nail it every time. The team there is always happy to see ya, and won’t steer you wrong. Plus they won’t sell you something you don’t need. Honest, affordable and quality work. They’ve also got a sports equipment ozone machine for getting rid of that smell off your gear. Great place, great people, great advice and great repairs/customization. You won’t go wrong stopping here. Thanks for always keeping me well fitted and protected in my gear!

Awesome service. I dropped my glove off at 9:30 am and asked for it to be done as soon as possible. I was able to pick it up before lunch time the same day and it was good as new. Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

These guys are awesome! Super friendly and informative! Told me everything I needed to know about equipment repair and the options I had before I made my decision. Their equipment sanitizer also does wonders, threw all my stuff in there plus some shoes, and odour was completely gone! Before and after pictures below:
