I recently had ALFA ROOFING & EXTERIORS in to do a hail & damage inspection for my North West home. They came highly recommend to me by the contractor who was doing the exterior inspection and repair to my home. I met with Kelly Bryden who is a certified hail and damage inspector, he provided a clear and precise explanation and estimate to me and understood as a senior citizen my wariness of getting ripped off. The estimate was on par with other quotes I obtained. My roof had major damage from the storm . The product provided was high quality and the crew that did the tear down and installation was great. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. They were friendly, worked efficiently and followed proper safety guidelines while working on my roof. I would recommend ALFA without hesitation to anyone needing roof repairs.
Alfa replaced my roof last week. I was very impressed with Kelly & his roofing crew. Kelly’s quote was very detailed & he made sure I understood each & every part of it. The roofing crew (six of them) arrived by 7:00am & worked consistently until 8:30pm & finished my roof in one day. The crew was very friendly & courteous . They cleaned up my yard making sure there weren’t any stray nails left. I would highly recommend Kelly & his crew.

I recently had Alfa Roofing and Siding complete a project for siding, soffit, fascia, and downspouts on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got quotes from several companies, but Alfa stood out by a wide margin. Their estimator was the most professional I encountered, and the office staff was equally impressive. From start to finish, communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The project was completed on time, and the installation crews were professional and courteous. I felt comfortable having them around my home, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up—picking up all the garbage, including nails and small debris. One of the biggest challenges with this project was going through insurance after a large hailstorm. The insurance company initially lowballed me, offering only 50% of the total cost. While many other companies told me I was out of luck, Alfa stepped in and dealt directly with the insurance company. In just a few days, they secured the remaining portion of the settlement, which was a huge relief. I was beyond impressed with their dedication and expertise. Since then, I’ve recommended Alfa Roofing and Siding to many friends and family. They truly went above and beyond for me! Thank you so much to the entire team at Alfa. You managed to turn a very frustrating situation into an example of great customer service.
From assessment of the hail damage to my home right to the final check after all work was completed I would rate Alfa roofing and siding a 5 star above company. The team that was assigned to my home Larry and Cole were an amazing team. They were respectful and professional and fun to have around for the few days that it took to complete the job.
