Haven’t even had the service done yet-guided by the exceptional customer service that Charlie provided me today I already know that that same wonderful experience will be translated on site as soon as they come and apply services at our place. I am a tenant and my landlord had tasked me with fixing a large creeping blue/bellflower infestation with zero guidance. Charlie provided me with so much wonderful information that was very reinforcing and also validating that the landlord should be the person contacting and paying for obnoxious weed removal. I spent 12 hours yesterday following instructions for taking care of the obnoxious creeping bellflower and after having a chat with Charlie on the phone I realize that I should have just let my landlord call nutri-lawn. Their prices are extremely competitive their specialty service that they had created not only is it healthier for the lawn but it creates a much more lush and enjoyable lawn to sit and stand on. For once I can actually be proud of a lawn that I don’t own but I still take pride in. All I can say to renters out there is that if your landlord is not willing to take care of their property give neutral law a call and your landlord might very easily convert to a person who takes pride in his own property. Thank you so much nutri-lawn. And again a special shout out to Charlie for going above and beyond and taking more time than was necessary to validate my frustrations and also give me some extremely helpful and thoughtful guidance. PS if you don’t wanna break your back detaching lawn, they can actually do it with a Liquid technology that requires zero hours of being bent over and scraping your lawn until you collapse. If only I knew about that 16 hours ago when I collapsed from an entire day of detaching my lawn 🤣
Kimberly came by our house to inspect the lawn as requested and provided me information, knowledge and tips first hand, rather than only relying on service sheets completed by technicians servicing our lawn. I tried for months to have this kind of service provided by a competitor to no avail. With Kimberly’s approach and level of service I feel much more confidence and trust in Nutri-Lawn to help us with our lawn for the longer term

They've been an excellent service and great at making sure my backyard always looks great. They always let me know when they're coming or if they can't make it because of weather or other circumstances. We have a dog who loves being in the yard, and she hasn't had any issues with Nutri-Lawn's products (of course, I also make sure I follow their instructions).
Scheduling seems to be challenging for them. They say service will be scheduled but can’t give you an exact day or timeframe. When I first signed up they were quick to take my money and said they’d send someone out as soon as possible. That took two weeks. I asked them to treat the weeds again as they are all coming back. Two weeks go by and 2 texts from me and still no visit. It’s now August and I have as many or more weeds as I did in May. Won’t be using again. Poor service, scheduling and communication. And expensive. I paid $400 for their service and still had to go buy my own weed treatment and apply myself before the weeds overtake everything.
