I have used you for 20 years and always had good service. Jas and Vari were very pleasant and professional. Aside from the furnaces, I had the vacuflow cleaned. I went to check the filter was put back on properly. I discovered they had completely destroyed the bag. They taped it in place and there was a huge hole on the side of the bag. If they had told me I wouldn’t have been upset. They can be hard to take off. I am very annoyed they didn’t tell me. If I had not checked it today, I would have had a canister full of dirt the next time I opened it. You would have had 5 stars except for this. It makes me wonder what else may have been damaged and I wasn’t told. It always pays to fess up when something is damaged!!!
On time, answered any stupid or intelligent questions. I had, very polite and courteous, along with clean employees. Employees. Very respectful. Smells fantastic! Now that the vents have been cleaned. Really great work. Highly recommend.
We had Alberta Furnace Cleaning come to our house for furnace and vent cleaning. The technicians arrived at the time they were scheduled. They explained the process as to what they were going to do and how long it should take. They were very careful setting up their equipment for example they had corner protectors to protect the drywall and baseboards from their hoses. The job was completed just as they described. When they were finished they cleaned up any mess they had made and were off to the next customer. We are very happy with Alberta Furnace Cleaning. We will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone who may be in need of having their furnace and ducts cleaned.
Thomas and Jason deserve a round of applause for their professional completion of cleaning our furnace and vents. They know their jobs very well, and competently explained every step they were taking to flush dust etc from our furnace & vents. We would certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
Just had our furnace done and the guys are very knowledgeable. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. As well as we had an air purification UV light installed in our furnace to kill bacteria etc. I will update in a few months how well it’s working. Totally recommend Alberta furnace cleaning.
