ZAP Pest control is great to work with. I had mice find their way inside my house and ZAP was able to find and plug the entry points and deal with the mice. It turned out that there were two entry points. Dave was very thorough and located the second entry point which was very difficult to find. It took a few visits to make sure that all the entry points were sealed and that no mice were inside the house. There were no additional charges for the follow up appointments and Dave was committed to ensuring the problem was resolved. Dave was able to be out within a day or two of calling. I recommend using ZAP as they are responsive, professional and are committed to resolving your pest issue.

Joel was very professional and thorough with his inspection and locating an entry point to then block that off. He is also very knowledgeable and explained how the process works with everything he put in place. Also, Lisa the receptionist was very understanding and patient with taking my call. I would highly recommend this company if you're experiencing any issues at all.

A fully deserving 5 stars for Zap! 1) Outstanding value— other companies charge almost twice as much 2) Results- by early spring we had a disturbing amount of spiders. Now 2 months later after treatment, we are yet to see a spider on our deck. They were gone immediately! 3) Customer service- scheduling was easy quick and they even performed the service on a Victoria Day stat holiday. They got all corners of our property and balcony. 4) Comparable’s— we’ve used zap in the past and we’re always pleased, but last year we did group promo with neighbours for buzz boss thinking that this type of service were pretty equal. This was a mistake, results were disappointing and truly made us appreciate zap. 5)Technicians— each treatment we’ve had the techs have been on time, polite and super handsome.

David from ZAP Pest Control was incredible in helping us deal with our first ever mouse inside the house in the 12 years we have lived in our home. The mouse situation caused quite a bit of stress, but David was incredibly professional and provided some great advice and service. I feel much better now after having David from ZAP at our house. Would 100% recommend.

My lawn had a pocket gopher problem, and Joel came on time. He was very professional because he solved my problem! After the first service, I made an appointment for the next visit because I found new activity in a new area. However, I was late for my work that day. Joel waited an extra half hour and called me, then waited for me until I was back patiently and did treatment for my new area without any additional charge! Also, their price is very reasonable! This was my first time calling Zap as the first time, and they are just great! I'll use them again! I highly recommend Zap, and I found them through Google reviews as they had excellent ratings, as you can see!
