Great experience with Valiant exteriors. We had our eavestroughing on our home completely redone. Martin and is crew did great. Quality work. I highly recommend this company.
I cannot rate this company high enough. Martin has excellent communication skills, will be onsite when he says he will will talk you through the process, and does an amazing job. This cannot be said for a lot of contractors. His customer service focus is impeccable and his crew are nothing but respectful and reliable. We are more than satisfied with the work he completed for us
Martin was fantastic. I have tried a couple times to get a small Eavestroph project done on my house last year and seemed to have bad luck getting other companies to show up for the project. But as soon as I called Martin this year, he came for a quote quickly and added some Eavestroph to stop some water issues I was having in matter of a couple weeks. He followed up with great communication and his work looks great from my untrained eye. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
We hired Martin after getting several quotes for new eavestroughing. Price came into it but Martin is also easy to work with and that was a factor for us as well. He had us booked in for installation about a couple of weeks after we signed with him but had a cancellation a few days later so we were able to get the work done even quicker. It was a professional installation and they had it done in about 1/2 a day. We had huge problems with our original eaves and he made sure all the issues were addressed and that the new installation was working properly before they left for the day. My neighbors were really impressed and I see him working there today, same pro work and results. I’m keeping his card in case we have other work to do down the road as he is knowledgeable about a number of repair and new construction areas.
OUTSTANDING!!! If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Honestly you will not regret hiring Valiant for your roof. We hired Martin and Valiant to do our roof and new eavestroughs. We had put it off for years as we needed to save up the cash, and we had received a number of quotes as we wanted to make the right decision. Martin was so patient with my millions of questions, and answered each one really quick. His invoice and payment system is very user friendly, he even had a payment plan. He provided suggestions for our roof as we had water issues. None of the other roofers mentioned that. He moved our downspout which totally changed the how our yard looked for the better. His pricing is great! His team worked their butts off in 30+ degree weather. I honestly have never seen a team work as hard as they did. When trying to pick colours he even sent me an image of my roof with the new colours so I could see what it looked like. Thank you Martin and Team!
