We replaced poor quality cedar siding on our home with TrueGrain Hardie Board for a low maintenance option. Tru Exteriors offered competitive pricing and took the time to understand our needs and expectations. We had been burned before by another siding contractor, and they were very aware of our hesitations and concerns. They were one of the few contractors willing to do the work on our home since it wasn't a full siding replacement, and were available for an expeditious start. The installation team was respectful and fast, and was able to make adjustments on site as issues came up. I feel that Tru would help us out in the future if we had any concerns related to their product and services, and would recommend them to others.

The team is super friendly, organized and helpful. Price is reasonable. Communication is good. They provide renderings and quotes at the same time! Others would only provide renderings after you decided to go with them. Besides giving out the sidings (color) samples, they also have a showroom to demonstrate how the materials would look like if putting them together. The renovation was pretty smooth, and we didn’t wait long to have it started and finished. We highly recommend Tru Exteriors!

We had three quotes to have our siding replaced with Hardie Board. We decided to go with Tru Exteriors because of the professionalism and service. Quotes were all within similar ranges. I could go to their showroom and select everything with Chris's help and expertise. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Marin, the installer, was exceptional. We had people stopping by daily, commenting on his quality of work and attention to detail. I am thrilled with the result. It is transformative. I highly recommend Tru Exteriors. Their team of Chris, Colin, Doug, Marshall and Marin work together to ensure the project is on track the entire time. I have done my fair share of renovations, and what I also found refreshing was how clean and organized the site was throughout the process. My neighbours were also thrilled with that. The before/after photos say it all.

We had two quotes to replace our outdated wood siding with Hardy Board and chose Tru Exteriors because they took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. Everyone we worked with was polite and seemed to be genuinely concerned with making our house look its best. They recommended an electrician who did a great job adding pot lights and an electrical outlet in the soffits. The technician who did the work was extremely dedicated. There were only a few days when he didn't work and only because it was too cold (and there were definitely more days that he shouldn't have worked because it was so cold outside). Several neighbours commented about his dedication and the quality of his work. We have had several neighbours comment on the improvement to the outside of our house since having Tru Exteriors replace our siding and doing the soffits, fascia and downspouts. We still need to redo the front stairs/landing, but everything that Tru did looks amazing!

They were quick to answer back about quotes when others had to be asked multiple times or just didn't get back to us. Their quote was fair and they were able to work with our schedule for when they would reside our house. We had a contact person who could answer any of our questions along the way. Once the house was done it was amazing work and any problems that we had they quickly fixed it. I would highly recommend Tru Exteriors.
