I was profoundly shocked by my experience today. I picked the wrong foundation and concelear at the store. I lcame back very same day and some hours later, only to be told I cannot take the right colour. I was stunned. I tried to explain without success that I had just purchased the products a few hours prior and I had made a mistake. I received no sympathy and rather thsn argue, I simply left all four items at the store for them and walked away. I was sad because I ended up spending all that money for nothing. I know better now.
I happened to walk into the store this afternoon, bought some body lotion . I was hoping to get 10 percent off since its my birthday today. You get 10 percent off the day of your birthday- this is the store deals/ offer, but I didn't get it. The cashier told me to come back tomorrow to get 10 percent off. I'm just wondering why do I have to come back tomorrow since today's my birthday? It doesn't make sense.
I was here today on Saturday Jan 8 trying to find a gift for my friends. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the guy who was working there but he has the best customer service skills I ever experienced! Always positive, always ready to answer all the questions I might have (and I’m might be annoying if I don’t know what I want) and he was full of positive energy in the store. He is the king of dealing with any types of customers. Keep doing that! And whoever owns that store please appreciate his skills! Believe me it will be hard for you to find someone else like him. Thank you very much, sales man, your positive energy made my day much brighter!
Kari helped me with a return today. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s something special about this store and kudos to whoever is in charge of training and creating the work culture. Everyone is very nice happy and helpful. If they could replicate this everywhere the world would be a better place
Amazing stock of bath and body supplies! My favourite is the peppermint foot spray coming in at $13. The sales associate was kind and thorough and gave me a gratis hand cream at the cash desk! What a lovely experience! I also love the body butter.
