The front end staff were great. Jason spent time with us so we could make an informed decision. Elsie was courteous and prompt with the paperwork and a fast installation date. The installers, Josiah and Aaron, were very professional and informative. Solid workmanship and they left the workspace clean and tidy. From start to finish, I was impressed by the service provided.

The service at TH Fireplaces was exemplary from the first time we walked into the store. We were shown what was available and not pushed to buy something we didn’t need. We needed a special item, but the staff found a solution for us that was much more affordable. Installation was done on time except for one part which we had on special order from a third party. The installation of this item was delayed because the people at TH did not like the quality of the item and requested a new piece be made. Post installation service was also very good. I had to travel and my wife was not sure how to light the pilot, so TH sent someone over to not only show her but filmed it in case it happened again. I highly recommend TH service for the quality of their products, their service and simply the concern they show for customers.

We had a great experience with TH fireplaces installing a new fireplace for us. As part of our home renovation we decided to change out our traditional model for a linear one, and the team worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got exactly what we envisioned. Everyone we interacted with were professional and knowledgable, and we absolutely love the look and efficiency of the new fireplace. Thanks TH!

I recently had Erin, a service Technician, repair my existing NG fireplace. He offered two alternatives, including an estimate of the cost for each service. He was polite, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Just like the Office staff were on the original service call. I recommend this company for quick and reliable results. We had a pleasure working with TH Fireplaces this year. Their professionalism is beyond exceptional - right at the initial appointment Jason suggested a suitable option. The installation with Chris went super smooth and it was very clean, in and out in about a day. Elsie at the office was efficient and responsive. Overall the company was very respectful of our time. Would highly recommend!
