Woohoo! What a gem to discover this business! Now I won’t need to order on line and wait x weeks (and pay for handling-&-shipping costs) for my child’s athletic gears! The lady at this location is wonderful. She went to double-and triple-check their in-house stock to find exactly what I needed that very same day that I called in! Most agents on the phone would have just relied on their computer-listed-inventory to tell me the result of my enquiry. She didn’t; she actually physically checked her store and found it, despite the computer’s “results”. What great customer service!

Outstanding customer service!! Can't thank them enough for helping make this an extra special Christmas for my Godson - wish they could have seen his face when he unwrapped his new football helmet! Staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good to deal with. But they don't stick to their published hours, and their automated phone system is completely useless if you are using bluetooth hands free while driving. Nothing like leaving work early and driving across the city to buy something urgent, only to find the doors locked when it said you should have been open. I tried to call on my way, but the phone system was as user friendly as Calgarys infrastructure, and I hung up in frustration.

Good selection of equipment that can be harder to find on the shelves of the big box stores. Not in a retail neighbourhood, so you feel like you're about to go into someone's office space instead of a sports store. Plenty of parking, either in the lot or on the road out front. Competitively priced, and good customer service.
