Sheila's Window Toppers truly exceed our expectations. Shopping around we found Sheila's to be reasonably priced, with service that was exceptional. Souk's professionalism during the whole process made this experience of buying blinds for our new home amazing. He offered suggestions in fabrics and styles to ensure we kept within budget. I am a tech geek at heart, and Powerview blinds enhanced the experience. Overall Souk and Everyone at Sheila's are amazing, and you can tell they put everything into ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the process. My Wife's favourite blinds are in the master bedroom with power and black out, it reminds everyone of the movie "The Holiday". We will definitely recommend Sheila's to our friends and family. Thank you again for this amazing experience!

These folks offer amazing service! We bought plantation shutters for our whole house from Sheila's 7 years ago. That process went very smooth. The first issue we have had with them is a recent broken controller arm on one of the shutters. We contacted Sheila's and Oksana got back to us right away, indicating they had the replacement parts in stock. We took the panel to their store and Oksana not only showed us how to fix it but also made sure it was repaired to our liking. As I said previously, great service whenever we have had dealings with this store!

I recently needed a replacement for one large window shade in my home. After getting quotes and feed-back from several suppliers including one large big box retailer, I went with Sheila's Window Toppers. They had competitive pricing and Souk was quick to respond to all my inquiries including helping me select the best type and color for my shade. The product was delivered and installed within a very short time. I was impressed with the end-to-end customer service and am quite happy with the installation.

Souk and his team have provided window coverings for my current and previous houses, as well as for large windows for some friends. The quality of their product and services are absolutely phenomenon. Souk is honest with his opinion and offerings, doesn't try to upsell you, and will be just as quick to show you what different window covering options he can sell you as he is to tell you to forego a blind just because it makes no sense for the house. I'll definitely continue to recommend Sheila's Window Toppers to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy blinds company, and will be calling them again if I move again in the future.

I found this place in google and soo happy! The store is cute and nice, the staff is amazingly helpful. I am so happy I did took all their advise. The order was supposed to be around 3-4 weeks ( around Xmas time, which is still reasonable) BUT it was earlier- we got our covering in 2 weeks , fully installed. I cannot be happier) Thank you so much! Highly! Highly recommend.
