It was a great experience working with Comox Realty for the sale of my home. I had done a previous deal with Joe Perri several years ago and I am glad I got hold of Joe again for this transaction. Joe provided me accurate market analysis, key pointers for a better presentation of the house, contacts for cleaning services, professional photography including drone photos, while in the background he was conducting marketing of the property through his inside channels. Throughout the sale process the communication was great and timely. I had 23 showings on the first day and the deal was done above asking price within two days of the house being on the market! I am extremely satisfied with the services I received and Comox Realty fees were well-deserved in my opinion.
