This company is amazing to deal with, they came in and gave us a quote right away. They didn’t ask for a deposit up front, paid in full once the windows were installed. Communication was great, they provided updates on when the windows would arrive and started work the same day the windows arrived. Very efficient, everyone was so nice, and they were very clean. We love our new windows and patio door, the trim looks so good. Would definitely use them again!!

We were impressed by the service of Alex and his crew, as they provided very competitive quote on replacement of both our exterior doors and all windows while providing great quality of service! Alex was very professional and efficient (and didn’t take up hours of our time trying to oversell unlike the other vendors we were obtaining quotes from). His installation crew was very efficient, courteous and skillful. They did a huge order in just two days, completed full cleanup and were respectful of our space and very accommodating of our pets (cranky old cat and overzealous puppy). I definitely recommend this company for your window and door replacement!

Our experience with Royal View Windows was excellent and surprising from the beginning. The excellent part was because they were on time, delivered beautiful windows, communicated well throughout the process, and Alex and the installers were great to work with. The surprising part was: 1. When we were told that casement, awning or slider windows were the same price. This was very different from the other quotes we received. 2. They didn't want an up front deposit. 3. Their quote for triple pane windows was significantly less than the other quotes we received. 4. The windows were made and ready to install faster than we expected. Great job Alex and team!

Alex and Dmitriy did a great job from quote to measurement to install. I had 35 year old wooden frames and they had leaks, so they had to go. Royal View has very competitive pricing and great installs. They use vinyl pro window system from Ontario. I put in triple pane casement windows. House is much more quiet and more warm. Highly recommend

Thanks for Alex to replace all our windows in a quick response. The windows are solid and nice. The installers are professional. My friend warned me that replacing windows may lead to a dustic and may damage your carpet. That didn't happen to me when RVW replaced all our 23 windows. One of biggest windows has been mistakenly designed by the manufactory. Alex helped me to replace it without any cost plus he could arrange to install it as soon as he received it. That's right before Christmas. Thanks for his teams.
