OMG I've not had a pour over before so this was eye opening. Served in an Erlenmeyer FLASK with perfect 6 oz cup for sipping. Complex taste. And this Snadbag baggle has a fried texture that is so pleasing. High five to an excellent batista!

Really good coffee. The location is convenient. Staff, however, majority of them are not polite. I said thank you to one of the staff three times and he didn't even blink. I politely asked him for a plate, and he replied rudely, "What?". Do better. I spend about $40 / week here. I won't be tipping anymore when I come back.

Pleased with my visit. Ordered multiple coffees and lattes along with croissants and pastries. The pastries are outsourced from a local bakery north of Calgary. They were fluffy and delicate and not over powered. Our drinks were made with oat milk and also were not very sweet which I prefer. Our service was very nice albeit a little slow but we weren’t in a rush so it was fine. Would definite come back.

Rosso is hand's down the best coffee in the city (and I'd go as far as to say the province/western Canada) but this specific location is one of my favourites for the staff alone. The manager and the team are so friendly and helpful. They know my name, they know my order, they're prompt, and they're consistent. Highly recommend.

I’m not a big fan of Chai latte, but here is the first place I tried that I fall in love right away, the Autumn chai latte and pumpkin 🎃 spice latte are very very good!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
