Ben was friendly and helpful. Booking was simple, communication was clear and timely, and the service itself was dependable. They also provide a guarantee in case they have to return for the same issue, which is a nice touch. While I hope I won’t need plumbing help again anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ritchie’s if I do!

My husband and I had the best experience with Ritchie’s plumbing!! We actually had a different plumber booked to help with our kitchen sink and they didn’t show up- Ritchie’s were able to send someone over within an hour of calling and were so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Riley has so much experience and talks you through everything he’s doing which is so appreciated as first time home owners. He fixed the problem really quickly and did such a great job. We actually ended up having a separate issue about a week later (on a Sunday evening) and called Ritchie’s again- once again, they had Riley booked to come by first thing on Monday to help. He went above and beyond to fix a bad leak and replaced our faucet etc at a great price. We called about 10 other places before getting lucky with Ritchie’s and found that other companies were either booked for weeks in advance or were unreasonably expensive. It’s such a great feeling knowing that you have a reliable, transparent and genuine business to call when it comes to your home and Ritchie’s are certainly that. We highly reccomend them to anyone and are so grateful for Riley’s hard work, he’s fantastic!

I used Ritches to install some fixtures in our ensuite bathroom after a renovation. Ben was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, had great communication and did top notch work. I would highly recommend them for any job.

First experience with Ritchie's plumbing today. Ben was great, easy to talk to, did a fantastic job at talking me through the diagnosis and proposing next steps and solutions. Definitely will call go with Ritchie's again for my next time I need to call a plumber.

We had Ritchie change our full house poly-b almost 1.5 years ago now. I just got around to leave a review. We were not in the right space when we needed the work to be done. Ritchie, his wife and his team were amazing. They worked with us, were totally understandable of our situation and their work was impeccable. I guess writing a review after this much time says a lot of their quality of work. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Rare to see honest people nowadays that really care about their customers.
