Reborn recently did a primary bathroom reno and 4 bedroom revamp for us. It was a great experience from beginning to end The design process with Danielle and her team was very informative and stress free. It's great dealing with someone that understands your vision and gives great input. Steve the project manager was great to work with . Always available to answer my million questions and always kept me in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone looking for that wow factor. I actually go upstairs just to stare at that beautiful bathroom sometimes. Definitely the best room in the house

Reborn was amazing! We turned one bathroom and closet area into two bathrooms. The outcome of the project was more than we could have asked for. Throughout the process, our project manager was transparent, considerate, and respectful, he came up with solutions to issues before bringing them to us. We hired Reborn Renovations to complete a total refresh of the interior of our home (2-storey with a walkout basement). The initial cost estimating process with Jeff gave us confidence in Reborn’s attention to detail and understanding of our vision for the renovation. The initial design and selection meetings with Danielle and the design team were exciting as they consistently showed a strong ability to take our inspiration photos and work them into the design. Our Project Manager Murray was great to work with. We worked collaboratively with him when changes needed to be made or issues popped up. We maintained an open and positive line of communication with him at all times. He worked very hard to identify and prevent supply chain issues from impacting the end product and schedule. Murray’s relationship with the trades was key to ensuring the house was sufficiently ready when we were scheduled to move back in. Despite the increasing cost of supplies during the pandemic, the overall cost of the project remained within 10% of the original contract price. Reflecting on the overall performance of Reborn, we think it is only fair to note that although the design kicked off quickly, it took longer to complete than we were hoping for. Our home was sitting empty after the demolition phase for the better part of three months before the final plans were complete, which was a stressful and anxious time for us. During that time however, Murray continued to advance what he could while waiting for final drawings. In the end, the project lasted a month longer than the original target completion date. However, we take tremendous satisfaction from the fact that we have now achieved the goal of refreshing the interior of our home and we are really happy with the quality of work and how it all turned out. We have no reservations recommending Reborn to others.

Reborn had completed our main floor living area/kitchen/dining room/family room renovation in May 2023. Geoff was an amazing project manager and kept the project moving. In the 4 months it took to complete it felt like there were only a handful of days that something hadn't progressed at the house. We were maybe 1-2 weeks longer than initial plan, which was reasonable give then total scope of the project. Geoff was also very quick to respond to questions and concerns as well as was able to point out a few design vs reality issues long before they became a problem. We understand that there will always be something that will happen and changes will be made, but it seemed like the few issues we did have were quickly resolved and the final product was very close to initial design. The quality of the workmanship is amazing and the attention to detail was very high. My wife and I very much enjoyed the design experience with Danielle as well. Having all the selection materials in one place makes it much easier to compare all the combinations. In total I believe we had 3 four hour meetings to plan and design. She had also done a very good job of combining the different styles between my wife and I. Cost wise we could have gone with cheaper companies but we were very impressed at the initial meeting with Danielle's energy and early design ideas as well as some of the recent projects they had completed. Ultimately we had gone over initial budget by almost 20%. The majority of that was due to things that we knowingly added during the design phase that were either not in the preliminary quote or design elements that were focal points that exceeded the initial preliminary quote. After the design was approved, we were very close to the updated quote. I would very much recommend Reborn for your next project and will likely have them involved in future renovations at our home.
