Great service and a high level of integrity. Mostly dealt with Maki, very honest mechanic. Came here for an out of province inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the schedule for same day service. I had brought some brake parts for them to install as I thought I would fail the inspection. They told me that the brakes that were on the car were still good and did not need to be replaced. Easily could have charged for service that wasn't required but they would not do that. Would highly recommend.

Prime Auto Repair has been working with my car for YEARS and I've had a great experience every time. They're transparent about the cost of things (that being said the costs are always reasonable and well explained), and they're extremely patient. I'm not a car person, so naturally when something is going on with my car I want to try to understand it. They take their time to explain the issue, even if they have to repeat themselves or explain in different ways until I feel like I understand the situation to the best of my ability. They're my go-to whenever the cursed check engine light comes on, and they're my go-to when my car starts making weird noises. I had a major car accident in 2016 and there's been a whole host of issues my Toyota Rav4 had to go through after insurance did the initial repairs. Prime Auto was recommended to me initially by a close family friend who also works as a mechanic, and vouched for their integrity. It's been years and I don't think I could take my car anywhere else. The reality is cars, like any machine, will have ongoing issues as it ages (even without car accidents). So if you need a shop you can trust, Prime Auto could be it.
