I highly recommend Prime Auto repair for all your vehicles maintenance! They're very affordable and the mechanics don't lie to try get you to pay for something you don't need. I've been coming here for the past month and so far it's the most affordable place in Calgary that I know of. I've called other shops for the job Prime quoted me on and their price differences are by the hundreds! Anyways, I'd just bring your vehicle to Prime Auto and let them do their thing. The mechanics are very friendly and sometimes they go the extra mile even when they don't need to. I appreciate this shop so much!

I went for a 4 wheel alignment today and found the guys here are true professionals that do great work in a timely manner. Honest folks providing excellent service. I’d recommend Prime Auto to anyone for their vehicle servicing needs and repairs.
Being a female (or shy person in general), going to/contacting auto shops is intimidating. After getting tired of calling around to different auto shops, I chose to just book an appointment at this one because it's close to me. Glad I did! They were very kind, even speaking to them on the phone to make an appointment was much more pleasant and inviting than other shops. I was updated frequently with pictures, and my texts with any questions were promptly answered. They worked very hard to make sure I'd get my car back before the long weekend, so I didn't have to go without one for so many days. The bill afterward was a shock to me because it was so low even after encountering the many unexpected issues my car threw at them. There was no BMW tax either :) I found a lot of shops were quoting me higher because of the car I have and I had another shop literally say "ugh" when I told them them its a bmw. I was even given some pointers to prevent me from bringing it back to the shop so I could save some money on labour. Very kind, honest bunch.
I had an excellent experience at this shop today! My car was having intermittent starting issues, so I brought it in this morning. Even though they were incredibly busy, Mackie, Rio, and the team went above and beyond to squeeze me into their tight schedule. They diagnosed the problem quickly and managed to replace my starter on the same day. Their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and friendly automotive service!
