Very happy with our visit. Very thorough and it didn’t feel like we were being prescribed unnecessary vision care which has happened at other locations. We ended up using benefits to get a great pair of polarized sunglasses for my daughter and the lady was very helpful with direct billing. 5 stars for sure

UPDATE: I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 5 stars. The owner reached out to me VERY quickly after I posted my original review and offered a couple potential resolutions - either of which will leave this gal as a satisfied customer. Very impressed by the quick response, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to bring top notch customer service! Thank you Dr Jiwa! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been going to this clinic for several years now and have purchased a few pairs of glasses there that I have been very happy with. The optimetrist has been great and have always got prescriptions that proved to be accurate. However, I won’t be buying glasses there any more. After 7 tips to pick up and then return glasses (prescription sunglasses), I have ended up with an almost $800 pair that are sitting in a drawer and won’t be used. The first several trips were due to an Oakley issue (defective, scratched lense, etc - not the clinic’s fault). The last pair of a different brand - there is something off with them. I can’t read road signs until I am right up to them, and vision seems almost distorted. After 7 visits I don’t have the patience left to even deal with it. I was supposed to get a follow up call to see how these ones worked out and I did not. I was told early in the process that glasses are final sale so I know I can’t get a refund. 3 stars due to the no refund policy.
