All members of the Plumbing and Heating Paramedics team were excellent in their roles. Saffron quickly booked and dispatched a plumber and conveyed the details verbally, and in text form. Ben came the same day to inspect a failing hot water tank and offer options and detailed estimates for replacement. Riley was outstanding in removing and replacing our old 40 gallon tank with a high quality new model with a 10 year warranty, as well as adding a pressure tank and pressure reduction valve to our system. We also appreciate the service program offered by PHP, with yearly tank cleaning and checks of all of our heating and plumbing for future peace of mind. We had our water heater and furnace replaced and upgraded by the plumbing and heating paramedics recently and we could not be more pleased. The technician Alfred provided excellent service and superior customer service. The communication by this company was very good as all aspects of the job were consistently explained.

Every time I interact with this business I am always impressed by their excellent customer service and high level of knowledge in their industry. I met Kellen last year when I was looking for someone to help us with our AC installation, we ended up not moving forward but I remembered how much I liked him. Fast forward to this year and my parents home suddenly had a leak in the ceiling and they needed it addressed immediately. I called Plumbing and Heating Paramedics and they were able to send Ben to us within a couple hours to do an assessment. Ben was so patient with our endless questions and really took the time to explain everything to us. He even offered to fix the problem the same day but since we had to leave for another commitment, he had no problems coming back the day after. We were very happy with the service and we will continue to use Plumbing and Heating Paramedics for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.
We had a poly b pipe fail and a leaking basement ceiling on a Sunday morning. Called a bunch of companies that claim to offer 24/7 service and got voicemail or was told no one was available or soonest they could come was Monday evening. Called plumbing & heating paramedics and they showed up in half an hour and they were polite, friendly, efficient and affordable. Gave great advice, fixed the immediate problem quickly, offered to shop vac the carpet, cleaned up the drywall dust and offered long term solutions.
