I had Dallas and Mason changing the Poly-B piping in my house. 3 day project. Very reasonable price. These duo showed up on time. Very energetic and showed professionalism at their task. Did an awesome job completing well before time. No complaints what so ever. Definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs plumbing job done. Thank you so much.
I am very pleased to say " you guys Rock!" My mom called me and said her hot water tank was leaking. She is pretty capable 83-year-old young lady, but still needed to have some help. I suggested she call Pete the Plumber as they have an emergency line. We had them install a new hot water tank about a year and a half ago and we're very impressed with the service and the price. She called them and they were able to fit her in this afternoon within probably two hours of her discovering the problem. She was super pleased. I'm so glad that they were able to help her awesome service.
A couple of weeks ago, I had Pete the Plumber over to check my furnace for its annual maintenance. The technician, Brad, was great! He noticed that I was watching what he was doing and explained what he was checking for. Brad also told me what to watch for and what I could do over the next year to maintain it, e.g., what lights to check, making sure filters are changed regularly, and making sure there was good circulation around the furnace, etc. I had used Pete the Plumber for a plumbing issue a few years ago but had no idea that they also did furnaces. Great experience! Will definitely use them again for both plumbing and furnace services.
Fantastic service from Eric C. Over the years I have had many technicians service my furnace. Eric C has been the only technician who has taken the time to fully explain a thorough furnace maintenance procedure. A+ employee, Eric C is a great reason why we continue to hire Pete the Plumber. Employees with these abilities and work ethics just sets a company apart from the norm. Well done!
Recently I have had to utilize both the plumbing and electrical divisions of Pete the Plumber to install a dishwasher, older home, needed upgrades for both electrical and plumbing. the plumbers work was great, it was a bit of a frustrating job but he powered through. Brett the electrician went above and beyond in a very frustrating install, he was outstanding and even came back the next day to adjust a few small concerns. As well the front office staff were great from the very first phone call. I have never used this company before but I certainly will again. They know the meaning of customer service and deliver on their work!
