Amazing company, great product and customer service! My grass at the front and the back of the house is the best in the neighbourhood. Staying with them for more than 5 years now and I will recommend Nutrilawn to everybody!

My wife and I have used Nutrilawn for at least 6 years. They are always professional, reasonably priced, and on time. We have the best looking grass on the street! We will continue to use them.

I have been with this company for over 10 years and just spoke to the worst agent ever. He told me that I paid for over-seeding in Aug and now they just did the application late Sep which requires heavy watering. We have already done the irrigation blowout so I asked him what options I could consider. Basically he said none as I screwed up on the timing. It’s a good company but it only takes one terrible agent - cold and lack of empathy, couldn’t care less about customers and one unpleasant conversation to lose a longtime customer.

Their motto is: "We nourish lawns and lives." They may do that for lawns, but for sure they have a disregard for lives. My neighbour contracted them to spray weed control on their lawn. In their attempt to do it in a hurry, they sprayed their poisonous chemicals across onto my yard and vegetable garden. When I confronted them as soon as I caught them in the act, they apologized and asked me to spray my vegetable garden with water. And then they added that I will have to consume large amounts of their chemical to get poisoned. Insane and insensitive comment. I'm a cancer survivor, and because of their act of ignorance and stupidity, I have no choice but to throw out the produce from my vegetable garden that I had spent an entire Summer growing. I will have to install cameras so that I can sue them the next time they do it again.

Started off very well with the sales team being very professional. Once the package was purchased, it went on with having to call and follow up for each treatment. There were next to none updates about the timeline. Each time I had to call and ask for when the next visit would be which also was never answered or met with. Their products are good and it seemed to show the difference. But having to ask for something that you have already paid for, wasn't what I was expecting. To summarize, it was a very poor customer service. When I explained my struggles that my lawn was back with weeds and requesting a visit (already part of the paid package) I was never given a proper answer and was never provided the service as per timeline. I will not be continuing the bitter experience and will definitely look at other competitors in the market for thr future.
