My experience working with NORMANDEAU DALHOUSIE has been an extremely positive one. The prices the shop's representative offered edged out the competition, including big chain stores where ongoing customer service is not as certain as with a dedicated Hunter Douglas shop like Normandeau. I feel confident that Normandeau Dalhousie will honor their commitment to ongoing customer service in the years going forward. It's been a number of years now since I first wrote this review and I have since experienced prompt and pleasant service on a few occasions where I required a couple of minor fixes to my blinds. Dwayne is very personable and efficient when he stops in to expertly perform these quick tweaks to keep my blinds in good working condition. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Hunter Douglas blinds (so classy!) and look forward to working again in future with NORMANDEAU DALHOUSIE in choosing Hunter Douglas window treatments for other areas in our house.

Denise's customer service is top notch! She was very patient with us with our selections. She went over and beyond to accommodate our schedules and she was always reachable. Wayne, the guy that installed the blinds was great to work with. I would absolutely recommend their business to friends and family.

Adriana at Normandeau was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. She set up an appointment, came to take window measurements herself, offered excellent advice and didn't pressure at all. The installation itself took less than five minutes and the blackout blinds I had put in are doing a fantastic job of cooling the room. A+ product and service!

Great experience working with Normandeau Window Coverings at Dalhousie in Calgary. Denise is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and has a great eye for colour. We appreciated her assistance and recommendations in choosing the right blinds, fabric and colours for our home. The installer was punctual, quick and efficient and ensured we were happy with the install and our blinds prior to leaving. Thank you to a great team at Normandeau, we love our new blinds!
