Margo has helped us with our basement windows blinds. She is very efficient, from the time giving me a rough quote at the stores and coming to measure out at my house to ordering and installing! Our blinds fit perfectly!

I contacted this company to replace a damaged curtain rod. At first, the contact was through email and everything seemed good until they just stopped responding. I think they may have just lost the email. I went into the store personally and got good service and was able to arrange an in home assessment and measurement at a convenient time. After ordering the new rod, it took a few weeks to get it in but that's because they order from Vancouver. Set up was quick and professional and I am satisfied with the work done. My only wish was that they could install in the evenings as booking a day time appointment on a weekday was challenging.
