It's a neat place, close to the saddledome. They have really good Mac and cheese.. my son wanted some, and it was the best he said. I had the Mac and cheese Burger. Was good. Service was good, the atmosphere is a bit dated, but does the trick. More of a stop before the game or after.
I have been to this place since there last location and food is still amazing. Love the stuff burgers here. Also, the service here has been amazing. Especially today the gentleman serving is was awesome.
Delicious food. Stuffed burgers are massive but amazing. Poutine is great too. They have some fun specials and staff are very helpful and friendly. They also offer free event parking with the purchase of your meal. Be prepared to wait for your burger because they are always made fresh. Took only about 15 min for us on a Friday at lunch.
Pros: The stuffed burgers are amazing. You can either choose one of their specialty stuffed burgers or you can make your own. Hands down the best burgers in Calgary. The poutine was amazing as well. The taste of the gravy was of a better quality than other restaurants. Cons: We had to wait way too long for our food. Around 30 mins or so. There was only one waitress for all of the tables. She did a great job serving everyone though. Also the ice cream sandwich tasted awful. The ice cream tasted more like whipped cream with marshmallow fluff in it. And the rice crispy has some weird spice on it which did not suit the desert.
Stuffed burgers for the table!!! Food: great stuffed burger - they range from $15-$18 for the burger. Comes with soup or home made fries which both are delicious. A variety of different ingredients to put in your stuffed burger - 5 Stars Service: the server was very friendly. Informative and answers all the questions and made some recommendations. Making your own burger can be over whelming. - 5 Stars Value: for the $15-$18 price it compares to Earls, Boston Pizza, moxies but the quality is better. So if you accept those prices at those restaurants as good value then this is great value. - 5 Stars Decor - Pretty nice for a burger place. Wooden chairs, tables have good separation with high top tables as well as low tables. No booths. Bathrooms were clean - 4 Star Misc - Parking is at the back. Easy access. Interesting point, if events are going on at the Saddledome, you can eat here and park for free while you go to the event. It’s only a 5 minute walk. Seems like a great idea and they have the upcoming events listed on the wall.
