I had Mr. Mike plumbing came out to replaced my sewer and main waterline, they quoted me a fair price and the work were done in 2 days as promised. They cleaned up the work site after job was completed. Special thanks to Igor and his workmates they did an excellent job. I recently had the worst case of sink leaking on my sink. I ended up calling Mike Plumbing, and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I cannot overstate how impressive this business is. The technician they sent, Kevin B., a local professional, demonstrated exceptional CS / trade skill and integrity. He efficiently resolved a significant sink leak and took the time to patiently explain to me the troubleshooting steps and repair process. Although I was initially skeptical due to a local community advertisement, my experience with them quickly put any doubts to rest. Kevin and Ali were great. The water heater stopped working, and I have a general knowledge of how it works the guys respected that and I was afforded 3 viable options with cost comparison and pricing upfront. In the end, the best option and most affordable was to replace the whole thing - the guys were quick and had the new heater was up and running with no hidden costs, they carefully reviewed the new installation features and were very professional. Will definitely use this company again.
Edit. After seeing the Photos, we were contacted by Mr Mike’s Plumbing. They took responsibility for the broken door and had someone fix the door for us. Original: Plumbing work has been fine but refused to take accountability for a broken cabinet door. We have used Mr Mike’s twice now. As far a plumbing service we thought they were good and reasonably priced. However when they came to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink one of our cabinet doors was ripped off. According to their plumber it was already broken when he arrived. When I called to complain, the manager took the plumber’s side and said it was close to broken before the plumber came to the house. They included pictures in their invoice. In the pictures you can see the cabinet door was fine as the plumber was setting up. Then he took a picture of the broken cabinet as he was leaving. I have included the pictures in this review. The door that was broken is right under the kitchen sink.
AWESOME PEOPLE! Thank you so much for helping us! Another company left me stranded with a non working toilet, I wasn't happy, especially after being told that I wasn't getting it fixed for another 3 days. I called another plumber, who was booked, and recommended Mr. Mike's. I called, got an appointment for the next day, and even during a huge snowstorm, these guys came out right on time. They fixed my toilet at a super reasonable rate and were very professional and friendly. Thank you again!
