I recently had the worst case of sink leaking on my sink. I ended up calling Mike Plumbing, and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I cannot overstate how impressive this business is. The technician they sent, Kevin B., a local professional, demonstrated exceptional CS / trade skill and integrity. He efficiently resolved a significant sink leak and took the time to patiently explain to me the troubleshooting steps and repair process. Although I was initially skeptical due to a local community advertisement, my experience with them quickly put any doubts to rest. I would gladly recommend Mike Plumbing to anyone and would rate them six stars if I could. Thank you so much -Jason
Edit. After seeing the Photos, we were contacted by Mr Mike’s Plumbing. They took responsibility for the broken door and had someone fix the door for us. Original: Plumbing work has been fine but refused to take accountability for a broken cabinet door. We have used Mr Mike’s twice now. As far a plumbing service we thought they were good and reasonably priced. However when they came to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink one of our cabinet doors was ripped off. According to their plumber it was already broken when he arrived. When I called to complain, the manager took the plumber’s side and said it was close to broken before the plumber came to the house. They included pictures in their invoice. In the pictures you can see the cabinet door was fine as the plumber was setting up. Then he took a picture of the broken cabinet as he was leaving. I have included the pictures in this review. The door that was broken is right under the kitchen sink.
We had an issue with a slow leaking shower control. It was a simple fix with a cartridge replacement. Mr Mike's sent a service rep who completed the job. The invoice came to $555.42 which to me was an exuberant amount for a fairly quick and routine repair. When asked about how this amount was calculated the response was the price is determined by the job. For my own calculation I like to break it down by how much per hour which worked out to be $266.00 per hour. When I asked for a breakdown of how the final price was calculated there was no reply. If you're at all concerned for your own finances I would not recommend Mr Mike's. Service was fine but the charge was ridiculous. I will not be using this company again.
We had Aaron, Kyle, and Bill come to our house over a two day period to clean, scope, and give us a report for our pipes. All three of the employee's where extremely professional, and personal. They even showed up early and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I would totally recommend Mr. Mike's, and they will be the ones doing our Poly B issue. Thank you for the service that you gave, it is refreshing to see true professionals in this market today..
Best customer service I have ever experienced. I can’t say how awesome this business is. On Friday I called to see if they could come out to repair a leak in the toilet that had dripped down to the ceiling. They were able to get me schedule me for the following Monday, 1st thing in the morning! Tristen called that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He reviewed the plan for the day, explained every thing in the quote and went to work. He found the leak within 10 minutes and was able to fix it. He explained everything that he did and why. We decided to leave the toilet off overnight to dry out any possible dampness that was there. The next day Another amazing technician came, explained perfectly what he was going to do, put the wax seal on, made sure the was no leaking put the toilet on connected the water, made sure there was no drips and cleaned up! I can spell his name but he worked hard and made sure everything was perfect. The business office was amazing also, they answered the phone every time with nothing going to voice mail.
