I walked in a few weeks ago looking for a certain type of curl cream, as I was walking around, I was playing with the ties of my hoodie and putting my phone back in my purse. The Asian lady that was there immediately assumed I was stealing, because she seen me after I put my phone in my purse and my hand was coming out empty. I had my purse wide open and she could clearly see that there was nothing inside but my own things. So she continued to follow me around the store, as I reached the front, she walked up to her coworker and said watch her. I will never ever walk into that store e er again. I was accused of theft and I felt discriminated against. Unprofessional and she told the other to "watch her" as if I would steal from anyone. I'm so disgusting, I will NEVER EVER shop there again. My membership it's in the trash now.

This place is amazing! Bought my wife product from here and she absolutely loved it! Definitely the place to get the best quality for her hair!

They closed my account for no reason and no one could give me an answer nor would they open a new one for me even tho I'm a registered Stylist. I've never seen such a poor display of professionalism in my life, get bent modern

Very disappointed with my service today. Had something on hold and had someone pick it up for me... They were then up sold on a product I DO NOT NEED and the salesperson basically forced them into purchasing otherwise. If I needed it I would have put it on hold also. I now have an non-returnable product that I have zero use for. Thanks👍🏼
