What a great experience, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We were looking to have T-shirts and hats embroidered and had a tight deadline.We met with Karim and he was very professional and walked us through the entire process. I went to Mad Monkey with small embroidery order that was not accepted at other shops. They were very professional and efficient with the whole process - overall very satisfied with end result, will definitely be returning. As a bonus, I got to bring my dog in to say hi to the staff!
