We were only here for one night, but what a beautiful hotel. Would love to stay here again. Rooms are very well appointed and spacious, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in and staff incredibly friendly. It is well located central to the best parts of the city. I read on their website that it was possible to arrange a later checkout time, as we were travelling internationally we did enquire about this and they could not have been more helpful, all sorted in a matter of a brief discussion. Wish more hotels could be this good.
We stayed at Le Germain Hotel in downtown Calgary from Sunday to Tuesday in June, and it was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, very close to numerous restaurants and a walking street, and it’s directly across from the Calgary Tower—literally just across the street. While the hotel lobby is a bit small and not very grand, the rooms more than make up for it. Our room was massive, featuring a king-size bed, a large sofa, a very spacious desk, and a TV directly across from the bed. There was also a walk-in closet and an extremely large washroom with mirrors. The entire room was well-appointed with nice ambient and mood lighting, creating a dark, sleek, and sophisticated atmosphere. The rainfall shower in the washroom was very nice, and the decor was stylish. One minor note: there was no bottled water in the washroom. Although water was available outside our room, we didn’t use it as we were unsure about its cleanliness. The towels were really comfy, and there were robes available for us to use. The hallways were also very nice. The staff downstairs were friendly and greeted us whenever we walked by. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, well-appointed rooms, and general cleanliness.
I loved everything about this hotel. The entrance was welcoming and stylish, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was perfectly laid out and comfortable. We stayed in the Junior suite which included a couch and chair, desk, plenty of storage space, a stunning bathroom, as well as a very comfortable king bed and pillows. We plan on returning for a longer time. Also, the room included a continental breakfast which was excellent. I actually thought the croissants were better than the ones we experienced in France, and that says a lot. Thank you Le Germain staff for going out of your way to make our stay perfect. And thank you Calgary. This city has the best vibes. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! The locations if perfect, lots with in walking distance, both food and entertainment. Service is where it really shines! The hotel found out we were celebrating our engagement, they truly made it special with a free upgrade and phenomenal service!! The room we got upgraded into was gorgeous, everything was tasteful and comfortable but looked stunning!

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay.
