Both Jordan and Patrick were amazing to interact with. They showed up, introduced themselves, asked where I wanted to AC unit to be installed, looked at the area from the basement and got straight to work. Both gentlemen were pleasant and professional. After the unit was installed they tested it and ensured it was working properly, Jordan showed me around the work they did while Patrick cleaned up. He explained everything they did, what I should look out for to improve the longevity of the unit and provided me with safety instructions for normal operation and in case of emergency.

Tony N. was amazing. Showed up exactly on time. Was super friendly and helpful. Gave me some tips on keeping my furnace working. Diagnosed the problem with the ac unit quickly and was very honest with the solution. Was very professional and respectful of our house. Wore covers on his boots to go to the basement. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get service done. Five stars!!

We hired Knight Plumbing to replace two furnaces and install a new AC unit. The installation took two days, and the team—Patrik, Ethan, and Evan—was highly professional throughout the process. They were respectful while working in our home, paid close attention to detail, and completed a clean, high-quality installation, including the removal of all old equipment. While Knight Plumbing wasn’t the lowest bid we received, I chose them because of their integrated team approach. Jared, the salesperson, provided a thorough proposal that clearly outlined the full scope of work—including the electrical portion, which other bids had overlooked. We just had David D. & Chahal replace our leaky gas line inside our house. They also capped off a non-functional line that was not needed. They were punctual, professional, friendly, & very efficient. David answered all of our questions & concerns in great detail. He even got someone from Knight to call when he was in the shop for another concern of ours. Both of them were exceptional. Highly recommend Knight.
