Knight Plumbing came to our rescue when our hot water tank failed. They replaced it the very next day. Mike D and Alex were not only professional but also quick and efficient, delivering exceptional service. They took the time to explain the process and ensure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. My old furnace suddenly stopped working and Knight came to help right away. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Dylan was super helpful determining what type of unit would work best for my situation. Trent and Sadab did the installation. Again, very polite and professional. They worked a long day to ensure I had heat as soon as possible. I also chose to have air conditioning installed. The work space was so clean and tidy when they were done. I would definitely recommend Knight to anyone looking for prompt, courteous and reliable service.
Even though I had misspoke when requesting their help, they were able to complete the job. They were quick, cleaned up, and fixed some work from my home builders. This review is for both Aaron E. and Bryan Sanchez. Also had work done by Steve G and Mike D, installing a new water softener and 3 toilets. Also great work!
We had a linking kitchen zinc and was perfectly and professionally fixed by Knight Plumbing within 2 days and most importantly without overcharging us. Steve was our technician/plumber and he was super professionally, respectful and knowledgeable. He even offered to call Moen on the job for us if we had to order any parts but fortunately, we didn't have to order any parts as he came super prepared. Best plumber we have dealt with for a very, very long time. Most importantly he was like a friend coming to fix something at your house, that's how friendly and respectful he was. ***Super clean too*** We could have given him 1M Stars..I highly recommend Knight Plumbing for any Plumbing issues you may have in your home, but maybe specifically ask for Steve. Indeed super cool guy and we're sincerely happy with his job well done... Way to go Steve!
