Was looking to have a very heavy electronic, adjustable bed frame removed from second floor, which included having to awkwardly maneuver it over a balcony. Was quoted about 4x more at another place than what Junk Doctor quoted me. Junk Doctor came in, and the team was very pleasant and professional. They took the time to take apart the frame, watch was a lot easier than expected. They also took other items we were going to throw and included it in the original price because the frame was so easy to take a part. Definitely will go with them again -- they are honest, easy to book and do the job well. Mike is super easy to connect with was able to book online and a follow up email.

I’m in the process of moving and had old furniture and junk I no longer required. Called Mike and received a timely response with a quote based on what I’d told him over email. Of course I added more to the pile before they arrived! 😉 Great service! Mike and Serge were professional, courteous and fun to deal with. Despite my building being in the middle of construction so they couldn’t use the front door, we made it work and all went well. Super fast, on time and their pricing was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!
My wife hired Mike and his crew to clear some junk out of her brother's apartment in Calgary before he moves to Kelowna. He has a lot of stuff and they removed quite a bit and will probably have to come back. My brother in-law found them to be very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable. Would highly recommend considering we made all the arrangements by phone.
