Without question, the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care and service from Joe Patton and the entire JAPCO team was excellent. Having used a competitor service in the past, it is easy to see why JAPCO is so much more superior. Right from the first conversation on the phone to the two visits from a couple of knowledgeable, personable and professional technicians, we felt quite cared for and treated like part of their family. JAPCO was excellent with the information they provided over the phone as well as the technician, Andrew, who came out to our home. Andrew advised us that no treatment was actually needed as we did not have an ant problem like we thought we did. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. I used JAPCO in the spring for my cluster fly problem (that has been an issue for years!) and then had another spray today (in the fall) on the outside of the house. Dean Gibson came out, he was prompt and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend JAPCO for their services. My experience has been that they take customer care to the next level and I have seen an incredible difference. Prices are reasonable and the service is amazing!
