The representative was very competent. He found an area behind the basement insulation in one section that looked suspicious. There was definitely mouse activity. When the insulation was removed he found a hole (no cold air) and a crack (definitely cold sir) so he plugged them with steel wool. He then inspected the garage. The new garage door has a good seal. He also checked the exterior of the house and found no issues. He will come back in two weeks to see whether the mouse problem is resolved. I really liked the representative!
I called in after being told by another company a month and a half wait to tend to a wasp nest in our hot tub even after mentioning my husband was deathly allergic. The lady that took my call was so sweet, she got a service guy out to me in a couple of hours! Dispite being short staffed. They respected that I had a meeting and worked around it. The gentleman that can was super nice, sprayed the nest and took care of removal right away. Orkin was recommended by a friend of mine and I can see why. Any further issues I have I will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you for amazing friendly customer service!
Tech arrived within the slotted time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the process and expected outcome of the application. He waited a short time to ensure all travel holes for the wasps were covered. The outcome was a success. No more wasps!!! Good job! I highly recommend Orkin.
When I called in a panic, the girl who answered the phone was amazing! She answered my questions, gave me all the information I needed and helped to calm me a bit. She got me booked in quickly for treatment and sent details for everything right away. The tech that came to my home was very professional and got the job done quickly! She went over everything with me before I left and made sure I understood what I needed to. When I forgot to empty off one of my beds and she called me and since I wasn't that far she allowed me to come back, slip in the back door, and empty the bed so she could continue with treatment, and I didn't have to rebook.
I have been using their service for about 4 years to deal with vols that were attacking our backyard and ants. They are prompt, pleasant to deal with, fast response times to messages and knowledgeable. The voles went away and ants are under control. They warranty the work with ants - so if there needs to be some additional spraying they take care of. I've shopped around. Their prices are competitive.
