After Jackie did such an outstanding job for us when we were in the market for buying a house, we used Jackie again to sell our house. The job she did was superb from the consultations to determine the right price, what to do to stage the house, and the simplification of the process down to the final offer being completed. With the current market conditions the house was shown repeatedly over a weekend period with a completed, accepted offer signed by the end of the weekend. It was amazing how easy this was. Jackie kept us in continuous communication ensuring we knew what was going on as the showings and the sale were completed. Jackie is so personable and professional that we never had any doubts about selling the house. She is on top of the market conditions and understands the stress that this process can bring. If you are looking for a dedicated, friendly, thorough, and all round incredible realtor, look no further! From our first conversation with Jacky we knew she would be a perfect fit. She was SO thorough, went through absolutely everything with us, which was perfect as we were first time home buyers. She never ever pressured us, always encouraging us to go home and talk it over for a few days after a viewing. She was always very open about the pros and cons of each home, and always came prepared with thorough research in case there had been previous issues with the home. Jacky went above and beyond as a realtor, always keeping us in the loop and checking in with us every week, educating us on the many aspects of buying a home we weren't familiar with, and holding our hands through the buying process. She was fun to work with and made the whole process so much easier! Our mortgage broker even commented on what a thorough and caring realtor we had when Jacky gave us a ton of advice on what to ask when meeting with the broker. She also recommended a fantastic home inspector, which made the process so relaxed. We LOVE Jacky and really cannot recommend her enough, to anyone looking for a home, but especially to first time buyers like us who want someone smart, kind, professional and knowledgeable to guide them through their largest purchase! There are so many wonderful things to say about Jacky but a couple of key points to know is she is someone that will always go the extra mile to ensure she finds you what you are looking for and she is very patient which I know my dad appreciated when we were looking for our house a couple of years ago! We loved working with Jacky and will be reaching out for her assistance again some day :) Jacky continues yet to take care of my family just earlier this year she helping sell dads condo after his passing to now helping my son sell his condo in Cranston. She is very personable and always listens and gives you her best advice. I highly recommend Jacky for your next real estate endeavour.
