I had them install a new tub and tub surround in early 2019. Soon after cracks appeared in the grout of the mosaic tile that was part of the tub surround. I contacted them in the fall of 2019 to have this repaired and the owner came to see it and committed to fit it. Of course the pandemic interrupted the repair possibility so i waited until they reopened again. Since mid 2021 I have contacted them numerous times via telephone and email and over the phone they indicated that this would be repaired but I have still never heard back from them as of July 2022. They may have been a good company before the pandemic but I would not recommend dealing with them now since there seems to be a total lack of customer service for warranty issues.

I have had a bathtub replaced earlier this year and have chosen homebath as they have fairly good reviews and the quote that I got was quite reasonable. Sherrie was communicating well at the beginning. There was about 2 weeks delay due to materials not delivered on time and this was okay as most things were delayed due to the pandemic. They installed the new tub and acrylic wall in less than a day. They did clean up the place well after the job was done. After a few weeks, I have noticed that the acrylic wall was moving when pushed towards the wall and that this left a gap between the tub and the wall where water can seep inside. I have emailed them several times but have never heard back. They said they have warranty on this but they won’t even respond when problems arise.

Wayne and his crew from Homebath recently did a masterful job and renovating my bathroom making it totally wheelchair friendly. From toilet to shower and widened pocket door I now have a fully functional bathroom that will provides many more years of independence. Thanks Homebath, their professional approach and Wayne's excellent knowledge base for a job well done. After and before, world of difference

I am so impressed with Home Bath Renovations. The renovation was on time, on budget and the workers were so friendly and clean! I am so happy with my custom kitchen countertops. They also were able to repair my cupboard, add shelving in my pantry and make a custom desk at the end of the countertop. Very satisfied! Thank you!

This company is horrible, do not do business with them. I had 2 bathrooms done and there is leakage and the metal is tarnishing after 4 months. When I called Wayne he would not return my call and still hasn't. Ive emailed Sherrie numerous times and no response. Ive registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be pursung this further. I paid a lot of money and expect quality work and its unbelievable this company pulls this stunt. Eventually they will be shut down , word of mouthy travels fast.
