I would highly recommend the hearth and home crew from start to finish, Mitchell and Jay were very professional from start to end, along with the install crew assigned to the install. Upgraded from gas stove to wood freestanding along with new stove pipe. Install was seamless as estimated. The quote was accurate and fare. Would hire again…

I'm very happy with the sales, service, installation, support provided by Hearth + Home. We just purchased a STUV 30 Wood Stove and had it installed in our main residence. We are very satisfied with the entire process. We are especially appreciative of the proactive support from Mitchell (Installation Manager) making sure that the installation details were clear to us, and providing suggestions/alternatives for the best possible choices that would provide us with a stove that looks good and operates optimally. Equally appreciated was the installer, Lindsey (and his assistant) who showed a lot of patience and provided us with suggestions to, once again, make the final placement of the Wood Stove not only look great, but provide the best possible performance in our home. I highly recommend Hearth + Home Fireplace & Renovations if you are considering purchasing a Wood Stove.

Recently worked with Hearth + Home to replace a gas insert in our existing fireplace. Tim was very helpful in our initial meeting, and the process was very smooth throughout. The quote was sent quickly, and the work was scheduled in a reasonable time. The installation team was very efficient and left the space tidy. We love the new insert!

Truly, I have so many positive things to say about my experience at Hearth + Home. My wife and I were looking for an electric fireplace for our basement development. While we had hoped to go the gas route, electric ended up being the more financially viable option. Having visited a number of other showrooms around town a chance visit to Hearth + Home set us on the right path. We were lucky enough to have Jason Meyer assist us on the floor. He was attentive and knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. He provided us with a number of different options and allowed us the time to make an informed decision to best suit our needs. On a follow-up visit, Jason assisted us again. It was only at this point that we learned that he was company president. He had considered out needs and suggested an option the Modern Flames Landscape Pro Multi for our basement. This brand and model wasn't even in the showroom yet so he sent us to a supplier to take a look at what we could expect. We could not be happier with the end result. This fireplace is loaded with features, high quality parts and an impressive warranty. Even though Hearth + Home did not have any units in stock Jason assured us that we could purchase one as soon as they were available. He delivered the product as promised at the price we agreed to! Our renovation has taken a little longer to complete but we finally installed it and the finished product is every bit as impressive as Jason promised. We are so thankful for the team at Hearth + Home and their expertise! Thanks for taking such great care of us Jason!
