If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company, don't sleep on this one! Honestly the best company I have worked with during my move in process. Dave was incredibly responsive to my emails, diligent and detailed in his work, and an overall pleasure to do business with. He walked me through the entire process, went through the house to make sure the quotes were correct, and even recommended me additional services for my move in. My carpets were also so clean and smelled so fresh afterwards! I will DEFINITELY come back when we need our carpets cleaned again! Honestly 6/5 stars!
I had mixed experience with this company. On the good side Dave was very kind and accommodating and even was able to accommodate last minute rescheduling request. The cleaning itself was something we were not fully satisfied with. After the cleaning over the course of a week we keep finding pet hair and fur all over the carpet left by previous owners. We dont have pet. The sides of the stairs also show some dirt and pet hair sticking out showing not thoroughly cleaned sides of stairs. Overall customer service was excellent and dave is very nice person and helpful! Sadly the cleaning did not meet our standards. The carpet was also not wet at some places, maybe some areas were left out during treatment. We have a year old toddler but the pet hair keep irritating him. Not the kind of carpet cleaning we expected.
Thoroughly happy with my cleaning from Dave. He was very professional and did an amazing job with our carpets. I was also impressed with how much furniture he moved so that he could get every area of our carpets!
