Absolutely adore this place! Came in on the recommendation of a coworker, and now I’ve been multiple times just this past week. The lattes are really tasty, and all goodies are delicious. Really love that there are so many gluten-free options, since my closest friends need it! Not to mention the coffee itself being supportive of great causes. I’ll be back soon for a cupcake!
I had the pleasure yesterday of being in the neighbourhood and seeing this bakery. I am not vegan nor have very many dietary restrictions but I saw the other reviews and thought I would give it a go. I purchased the Oreo cake and despite the new and untypical icing texture, the flavour was fantastic and it has really shown my naivety of thinking vegan dessert and the word “tasty” doesn’t go together but I was humbled. Josh was also extremely informative and was very friendly. He mentioned that they can cater to any dietary restrictions. He seems very passionate about working there and I think that says a lot about a place. They have sandos, desserts, meals, beverages. Loads of offerings for vegans out there. Very impressed.
What an absolute gem of a bakery! Discovered these guys a few months ago and they quickly became a favourite stop. Their latte is the best I've found in YYC, their baked goods are incredibly tasty, and the sandwiches are unreal. Plus, you can pick up goods from lots of other local vendors while you're here, and the owners are always super friendly. Love this place!!
Every time I'm able to pop in and grab some goodies at For Goodness Bake, it makes my day. The owners are super friendly and always provide great recommendations. They have a variety of local vegan options available, whether you want something for lunch, a snack, something to make at home later, a sweet treat, or a delicious drink - This place is my favourite!
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the products because the service person was more interested in her computer than in assisting me with information about the products available. There are many other gluten free bakeries in the city that offer delicious options and great service, go to one of them instead.
