I wanted to share my experience with what happened to my vehicle because I believe in showing appreciation when it's due. My experience at Easy Auto Glass deserves recognition. The back glass on my 2013 Veloster shattered, prompting me to seek estimates from various businesses. One of those calls was to Easy Auto Glass. I quickly learned that this was not an easy part to replace and could be quite costly. From my initial interaction with Kelly, she demonstrated unwavering dedication to helping me out. Even though they didn't have the glass in stock, Kelly went above and beyond by reaching out to different suppliers, including her used part supplier. She promptly called me back with good news, finding a used glass at a great price, and booked my appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment, the owner, David, encountered a small hiccup as the glass was incorrect for my car, designed for a vehicle with a spoiler, while mine did not have one. However, David swiftly located the correct part and assured me it would be here later in the week. Understanding my urgency for work the next day, he provided a fast solution by installing a temporary glass. He advised me to return on Saturday for the correct replacement and the swap, providing a loaner vehicle while my car was getting the temporary glass installed. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service both David and Kelly provided, ensuring I received the correct part and leaving me completely satisfied. The owners take great pride in their work, going well above and beyond customer expectations. I wasn't even expecting a loaner vehicle, but it added that extra bit of service. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for anything related to my windows besides Easy Auto Glass. I highly recommend this place for all your glass needs, as they even offer a lifetime rock chip repair on every new windshield. It was literally that Easy!

Amazing customer service- the lady at the front desk is kind and wonderful. Was referenced this place by my colleague and friend and the service is 5Star +. I dropped my car off on the wrong day, and they managed to find a windshield, fit it in their schedule and get it done by 2PM so I could have a car before the long weekend. PLUS, it was FAR CHEAPER than the four glasses places I had contacted. Will be a lifetime customer. Will tell all my friends and family to go here. Excellent experience.

Had my car broken into a few weeks ago. Easy auto glass gave me the most affordable quote out of all the places I called and they gave me the shortest time estimate to get the window in as well. The window took a little longer than expected (through no fault of their own, they don’t make the car anymore and it’s the only car with that size window.) the got me in for an appointment two days after it came in but called me a day later to say I could bring it in early. They even fixed one of the automatic window components that was damaged at no extra cost. Great customer service, prompt, and affordable.

I needed the front windshield replaced on my van. I discovered Easy Auto Glass because they were close to where I live. They did a great job at replacing the glass for a reasonable price (less than $300). But the best part was their guarantee to fix any rock chips for FREE for the lifetime of my vehicle. This is Calgary! How can they afford to do that? I don't know, but it's true. They have fixed rock chips without charge every time I needed one. They give little stickers to help hold the chip until I can make a rock chip appointment. Why would you get your auto glass repaired anywhere else? Because you didn't know about their customer follow up. Now you know.

The team at Easy Auto glass provided the best experience that I had at a glass shop. Pricing was the best I found with the lifetime chip warranty was a bonus. The owner is very kind and helpful.
